Your CRM database may be shared among your agents, and calendar entries may be shared by all users.

A Lead is an early contact in the sales cycle. A lead is qualified and converted into a contact and an opportunity.

An Opportunity is a potential sale. A collection of leads and opportunities is the sales pipeline.

A Contact is a person associated with a lead, opportunity, account, etc.

An Account is an opportunity converted into a sale.

A Case is a service request made by a customer. Case management is the ability to track customer requests and responses.

Activities and Tasks may be assigned to leads, opportunities, accounts, and cases.

A Bug Report is a product deficiency report.

We have integrated the CRM with the PBX. Clicking on a telephone number in a CRM page will cause the number to be dialed and the call dropped into the agent's headset.
